Do you have open play?
No. We’re private-event-only. Every visit is a booked Private Bounce or Private Party, so your group always has the jungle to itself.
What are your hours?
Private events run every day from 10 AM to 8 PM, by appointment.
What ages is Jumpin’ Jungle for?
Kids 12 and under. Adults and spectators are welcome to watch for free.
Do adults have to stay?
Yes. Adults must stay and supervise their children for the whole visit.
Do we need socks?
Yes, socks are required for everyone bouncing. Any socks work; no special grip socks needed.
Do I need a waiver?
Yes. Every bouncer needs a paper waiver signed by a parent or guardian when you arrive.
How much is Private Bounce?
$10 + tax per child for one hour. Adults and spectators are free. There’s no minimum or maximum.
Can other families pay separately for a Private Bounce?
Yes! You can book just your child and others can pay at the door, or you can book the whole group.
How much is a party?
$175 + tax for 2 hours and up to 10 kids (including the birthday child). Additional kids are $10 + tax each. You get 15 minutes before to set up and 15 minutes after to clean up. Need more time? You can add one extra hour for $125 + tax (no half-hour option).
Is there a deposit for parties?
Yes. Parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit. It’s applied toward your party total and deducted on the day of your party.
Can we bring food, cake, and decorations to a party?
Yes! Outside food and decorations are welcome.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You’re welcome to cancel your party, but the $50 party deposit is non-refundable.
Is it good for kids with sensory needs?
Yes! Private sessions mean no crowds and no strangers, which many families with sensory-sensitive kids love.
What if I don’t see a time online?

Can I pay with cash?
Yes. Just call/text or email us to schedule instead of booking online.
How does mini golf rental work?
Pick one of our three 9-hole courses (Green, Orange, or America 250) for $200 + tax, or combine any two into an 18-hole course for $300 + tax. Delivery is extra and quoted based on location; we typically deliver within about 3 hours of Erie. We’ll coordinate drop-off and pick-up after you book.
Will someone stay to run the mini golf course?
Staff don’t usually stay on site, but you can add an on-site course attendant for $10/hour.
